At the Ear doctor, they will use a little tube that acts as a vacuum that sucks it out.
whatever you do, DO NOT USE Q-TIPS they will just push the wax in father and farther and you life will be a lot harder to get it out in the future once it enters deep into the ear.
If you have a dropper bottle, try using half white vinegar and half water, then put some drops in your ear. THis will make it softer and easier for the doc. to get out.

∙ 12y agoYou're not meant to clean it out because the earwax protects the internal lining of your ear.
If it looks bad and you can see it then softly rub the inside of your ear with a cotton bud and warm water or pour a small amount of hydrogen peroxide into ear. You will hear fizzing sound. Wait til fizzing stops, tilt head over with tissue just inside of ear, wiggle back and forth.
Cleaning is best done by someone else who cane look into the ear while cleaning, preferable someone who understands the ear and how to avoid damaging the eardrum while cleaning.

∙ 14y agoNever use Q-tips; they push wax deeper into the ear and clog it, though most people's ears can process and break down this wax build up. Instead, use an ear wax softener, hot water, or see your ENT, who can "vacuum" out the wax.
