It is best to remove the wall tiles. You need a flat service and a lot of times old tile will not be perfectly flat. If you remove the tiles you will have a good base to tile on. If you don't want to remove the tiles you may be able to add a backer board on top of the old tile and then tile on that.
no the tiles have too smooth of a finish and other tile will not stick to them need to remove old tiles and then lay new
With great difficulty!
had the same problem with a suction cup shower corner tray. if you push the suction cup firmly to the tiles it doesn't leave enough plastic thread protruding to screw retaining nut onto. Pushing the suction cup on lightly will leave enough thread but tray will probably then fall off the wall. Poorly designed product.
you have to remove paint n rough the surface then put some cement slurry n paste the tile by cement
wall tiles are used on walls. floor tiles are used on floors. if you want to interchange. you can make the wall tile as floor tile and vice-versa
Bust them loose with a hammer & scraper. Make sure to wear goggles & gloves.
a candle holder that falls off a wall
You can use 3m's caulk remover and a sharp razor blade.
You will need several tools. First - you need to wear safety glasses as this tile could chip and splinter. You will need a hammer and a cold (or a brick chisel). You did not mention what is the size of the tile or where is it located (wall or floor). Good look.
When was the last time you cleaned the pool filter?????
