I am having the same problem. I am trying to remove the wheels on my 2007 dodge magnum and the plastic lug nut caps just spins. I also tried pulling them off. If you have hubcaps, pry them off first.
Push down and back toward rear of car and lift out Hope this helps
both sides... in the rear, under rear seats, you have to remove exhaust and drive shaft to get to it.
May have to remove rear seats and get in from there

Remove the two Allen bolts at the rear end of the seat with a hex wrench, then slide it back.
