I have a 2001 MAZDA tRIBUTE WITH A FACTORY 6 DISK CD CHANGER. Can't get cds to load or eject. Radio and cassteet player work fine.
The 6 disc is in the console of my 1995 Explorer
Remove the decorative cover from your 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe six CD changer. Remove the CD changer retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the CD changer.

YOU don't, unless you wanna remove your glovebox, and most of the dash (no sh*t) just goto car toys and buy the new deck (they install it for free) so it saves YOU the trouble. I think the headlight bulb removal is another pain in my ass with the Mazda 6. should have shopped better. but it is a sweet ride so oh well :)
remove door panel, remove speeker.
To remove the air box on a 2007 Mazda 6, remove the nuts on the top of the box. Carefully place the nuts aside, and remove the top to access the filter or housing assembly.
That's a simple task. Just unscrew all screws and take it off. (Also take off all wires) Go and do the job. If you wish, you can do, fellow.
