It is not hard but it does take time. You must look for all the bolts and screws that hold it down. You must also remove the steering weel and the signal ligth and wiper control (they are one unit). Also must remove the heather and vent control knobs behind them is a small nut you must remove in order to remove the controls. Then you must be patient, don't try too yank it kwik. take your time so you will not brake anything.
