Disable system restore (the virus installs itself there) Boot into safe mode Move said file to your desktop. Change permissions on that file so it's not readonly. Try deleting or renaming that file. Start Your computer in safe mode by press f8 when you are booting up you should then see multiple options choose safe mode when your computer boots up a message will come up just click yes. Then run your antivirus again so that your anti virus will be able to delete it. There are programs online to check your registry file.
