You did not specify an engine. I can only assume that you have the 3.7L V-6 or the mounting is similar for the other engines.
Once the cover and filter are removed, loosen and detach the intake tube. after that a sharp "yank" straight up should do it. The box itself is rubber mounted with grommets to the inner fender. Re-installation is quite the opposite.
