Assuming the same process as a 96 Avalon, there are two parts of the rear seat: The horizontal butt part, and the vertical back part.
There are three or four clips that hold down the front(engine side) of the butt part of the seat. Locate these clips by gently tugging at the seat lip. Once you find them, apply a moderate amount of force by pulling up on the seat lip at the location of the clip, repeat for remaining clips. Once these clips are free, the butt part of the seat should pull out of the car.
The vertical back part of the seat is removed by 4 bolts, 2 which hold down the seat belts. The bolts closest to the doors are 14mm, and the seat belts I believe are 16mm. Once all the bolts are removed, push the seat up towards the roof, and pull back. The seat should now be free.
