bead sight
The standard mod 70 had a Winchester bead front sight on a ramp base with a sight cover. The standard rear sight was a Winchester 22G open sight. The rifles chambered for .375 H&H Mag had the Lyman 6W folding rear sight. Model 70 National Match (chambered for .30-06 only) had a Lyman No. 77 front sight on a forged ramp sight base and a Lyman No. 48WH rear sight. All receivers were tapped and drilled for popular scope and iron sights. The Model 70 Super Grade had a Redfield full gold bead front sight on a ramp with sight cover and a Winchester 22G open rear sight. (with acknowledgement to The Gun Digest, seventh edition, 1953)

Perazzi shotgun
Yes
You are not supposed to have a sight on a shotgun because you don't aim when shooting. You can however use a bead, black or with some color to help you. If you however look AT the bead you will be too slow. or you can use a holographic sight like the Redring sight where you don't look at the sight but keep focus on the target and still have a ring letting you see where the burst spread pattern is.
If it's a captive bead ring the bead pushes out from the side of the ring and then the ring can be rotated thru the piercing to remove it. If you can't get the bead off the ring go see your local body piercer, they will gladly help remove the bead for you using specialized tools.
It's called a "captive bead ring", push the bead out of the ring sideways once the bead is out you can then remove the ring, to replace it just reverse the procedure and snap the bead back in.
i would have a qualified gunsmith answer that question for you.
