usually you don't. Use a socket wrench with an extra long handle or "breaker bar". Turn in the direction indicated on the tensioner, and the tensioner will move enough for you to remove the belt. Once the belt is off, you can remove the tensioner if you have to.

No. My daughter has the same vehicle and for some reason, GM changed the models in 1993 to be unique to that car. The 1994 is different and the computer will not work, as well as some sensors, mounts, etc.

Put a ratchet on the tensioner pulley bolt... set your ratchet on "loosen" turn the tensioner pulley and assembly upword... hold it there and remove the belt... DO NOT LET GO OF THE RATCHET AFTER YOU REMOVE THE BELT slowly let the tensioner pulley move back to a resting position...
