Where is the fuse for the digital cluster dash in a 1992 Chevy S10?
Remove the dash and remove the instrument cluster, the lights are in the back of the cluster.

There are several bulbs for dash illumination. They are attached to the backside of the dash cluster. The best way to access the bulbs would be to remove the dash cluster.
The gauge cluster is mounted from behind the dash with three bolts. You have to reach in behind there and remove the three nuts with a small wrench. Once you remove the nuts, the gauge cluster itself will push back through the dash. From there, you can remove the speedo itself from the cluster. The speedometer only has 3 small screws keeping it mounted to the gauge cluster.

You take the screws out of the dash and remove the dash. Be careful or you will break it. After you get it off, you will have to disconnect like 3 wires to get it off, there are screws on the instrument cluster. You remove those and it pops right out. Mine went out in my trailblazer.
Changing a light on the instrumental panel requires removing the whole dashboard on a 1992 Honda Civic. Loosen and remove all the dash mounting screws and pull of the dash. Remove the cluster from the display and pull off the old bulb. Install the new bulbs.
To reset the dash cluster in a '96 Pontiac Grand Am remove both battery cables for 30 seconds. Wait for the theft lock icon to disappear then turn the car back on. The dash cluster should reset.

The illumination lights are replaceable. You will need to remove the dash cluster to gain access to them.

hi there should be same as mine which is located behind the dash you can either access it from below the dash which is awkard or remove the instrument cluster panel and unbolt the heater controls and instrument cluster as the switch is located behind them hope this is of use to you nate
remove trim surrounding cluster, remove bolts securing cluster to dash, disconnect electrical connectors at cluster, twist failed bulbs out, reverse to install

If all the dash lights are out, it is the switch that is the problem.other wise, you have to remove all the lowre pannels to get at the bolts that hold the dash cluster in.

You'll need to remove the instrument cluster. First, remove the radio/climate control panel and the lower dash panel. Then you need to pry out the headlight switch, undo some screws that hold the upper dash trim panel, and remove it. This will give access to the four screws that hold the cluster in.
