This is a very simple procedure...all you do is pull on it. The trim piece which goes around the stereo and instrument cluster is one piece and is held in by snaps. Be careful when you are removing it around the steering wheel-it can be stubborn, but moving the shift lever all the way into 1 will get it out of the way and make it easier to remove.
