Remove the two screws that you can see in the indentation on the top of the dash. Then remove two screws under the lip of the dash. It will take a good pull but it will come off.

If you don't want to have to deal with trying to figure out where the vacuum lines go and don't have pacience to remove the dashboard, then take it to a Corvette Specialist to remove it. If you're up for it: remove dashboard, disconnect all vacuum lines attached to the air diverter....basically, you have to disconnect everything on the right side of the vehicle (including draining the coolant from the vehicle in order to disconnect the send and return hoses...) What is the difference between a 1984 Corvette and a 1984 Corvette anniversary edition?
That doesn't make sense cause that would be the 31st year of the car.(corvette) They came into production in 1953. They did not make a corvette in 1983 so 1984 would be a 30th year. I've never heard of a 1984 anniversary edition tho.
