pry up the windshield defroster grill (it spans 95% of the dash) starting from one side.
unscrew two Phillips screws in the center of the dash (under the grill).
remove ash tray by opening and pushing down on the metal latch in the center.
unscrew one Phillips screw behind ashtray.
grip center bezel in the middle near the HVAC controls and pull it straight out.
if the bezel hasn't been removed before it may be stubborn, but just keep pulling.
