There are four screws holding in the speedomoter and other gauges' faceplate. Remove them after disconnecting the gauges. Pop off the cassette player's knobs, and remove the faceplate of the radio. The plastic heater control levers pull off. Pull them gently. Next, look under the dash. There are several screws and a bolt to remove. Once removed, unscrew the screws by the windshield, and then the screws right next to the door. It should pull right off.
