So i was the one that asked this question and I was able to answer it by myeslf. Here is what you have to do to remove the door panel. There are two screws that need to be removed at the bottom of the door handle. These are located above the door pocket and just below the arm rest/handle of the door. Then there is a plastic cover be hind the door lever that opens the door. You can use a flat head screw driver to push the tab that is there to remove it. Once you have removed the cover then remove the screw there and then notice that there is a black plastic fastener. when i removed that i just used a phillps head screw driver to push the center of the fastener out.(it does fall in to the door) Once you have removed all of that then you need to remove the last screw which is hidden . The hidden screw is under a plastic cover. The cover is on the front side of the door handle.( where you would pull to close the door) There is a small slot to put a flat head screw driver through to softly pry apart. When you do that there will be a blue rope attached to the final screw. You then have to softly pry the panel away from the door by using a flat head screw driver or by using a specialty panel removing tool. (They are hard to find but worth it) Then you need to softly pry the lever housing and then slowly and softly pick up the door panel and softly turn the lever housing to remove the panel.
