Remove the door handle insert with a flathead screwdriver, it pops right out. Unscrew the door lock unit, pop out the clips from the bottom of the door panel, and the screw in the middle of the panel, then lift the whole door panel off. You will see the speakers bolted to the "skeleton" of the door. Unscrew speakers and replace.
