That would depend upon your make and model. I know on my Nissan 240sx to actually disassemble the headlight itself, you have to remove the glue attaching the glass to the backing of the headlight. This is usually done by heating it up in some sort of oven. If your just looking to change a bulb, Google your make and model and you should find sufficient results.
Open the hood of the engine compartment to your 1994 Toyota Corolla. Remove the wiring harness from the headlight. Remove the headlight retraining bolts from the headlight assembly. Reverse the process to install the new headlight.
Gen 1 or 2? With the drivers side you will have to remove the battery and then the nuts to the lights, disconnect the wiring and remove.
it is behind the passenger side headlight assembly. you will have to remove the headlight assembly to replace it.
Remove the headlight assembly to gain access to the parking light socket/bulb.
Under the passenger side headlight assembly, you have to remove the entire assembly to get to it.
To change the headlight assembly just loosen/remove the two bolts holding the entire light assembly in (side marker, headlight and turn signal)Also remove the screw located where the marker light and headlight meet. Once these are removed the entire assembly will shift to the right for the drivers side (when facing the vehicle) or to the left for the passenger side (when facing the vehicle). Once the assembly is removed you will have access to the wires/bulb. To ressemble simply do the reverse. hope this helps. "G"
Open the hood, remove the two locks that hold the headlight assembly in place, with the two locks removed you can wiggle the headlight assembly out and gain access to the back side of the assembly to remove and replace the headlight bulb.
there is a nut on the left side of the light on drivers side, just the opposite on passenger side. you will need a deep socket. there are 2 10mm bolts on top of the assy. and on the back is a 10mm nut you will have to remove on order to remove the assy.
You need to remove the side marker first. Remove the screw and pull hard perpendicular to the car to remove the side marker. Once that's removed you can see 2 screws on bottom of the headlight/foglight assembly and one screw on the top of the assembly as well as one nut on the side of the light assembly. Remove those screws and nut and you can pull out the whole headlight/foglight assembly. Remove the connector by pulling it straight out. Remove the rubber gasket and the spring lock. Assembly is the opposite.
Remove the plastic cover over the drivers side headlights, then remove the headlight assembly(driver side only). The horn is directly underneath it - fairly easy to access, remove, replace, whatever you need to do. I replaced mine in no time.
The headlight is an assembly. To replace the headlight, you remove the bulb from the back side. It is a halogen bulb, so do not touch with bare hards before installing.
Hi, You have to remove the entire headlight assembly to get to the bulb, which is located in the back of the assembly. There are three wing nuts that hold the assembly in, and those will have to be removed. Then remove the side signal assembly first, then the headlight assembly. I have provided a link that shows exactly how this is done and where these wing nuts are. Good Luck
