It is at the engine end of the upper rad hose. Remove the housing and there it is. When replacing it make sure the spring goes toward the engine/
Two 1/2" or 13MM bolts hold it on. But, you may have to move the alternator, or it's bracket to reach them.

It's under the hood, under the evaporator housing. Find the blower motor housing, almost dead center of the firewall. Follow the cable up and to the left. You'll have to remove the evaporator cover, and loosen the mounts for the fuses. The cable coming from the blower motor runs right past the resistor. The resistor faces up.

Get a test light and find out where the power is not coming through. Check the fuse, relay and resistor pack located on the evaporator case.
The Buick Park Avenue nameplate was first used in 1977 on a model of Buick Electra, but did not exist as a standalone model until 1991, when it replaced the Electra.
