Use a small screwdriver on the front of the panel that houses the electric door locks and windows to tilt it upwards, then slide it forward to unlatch the back part. There is a small screw now visible that anchors the panel to the door. Use a small screwdriver again on the front of the red reflector to tilt it upwards then slide it forward to unlatch the back tab. Another small screw is now visible that also anchors the panel to the door. Once both screws have been removed, the door panel itself lifts up just over an inch then tilts as there are hooks in the bottom part of the door panel that hold the panel into place within the door assembly. The door panel can now be removed.

you must remove two screws that hold panel in place. one is behind lever that opens door ,the other you have to remove red door light lense on bottom of panel to get to,afterwards just slide up.

assuming its a full rear door(crew cab) and it has power windows, you have to pry from the front edge the power window panel to remove that and then the connections, there is a screw behind it that needs to be removed, then pry off the reflector on the lower part of the door, there is another screw there. then you can lift from the bottom up....the entire panel. If you have manual windows then you need the handle tool to remove that.
