assuming its a full rear door(crew cab) and it has power windows, you have to pry from the front edge the power window panel to remove that and then the connections, there is a screw behind it that needs to be removed, then pry off the reflector on the lower part of the door, there is another screw there. then you can lift from the bottom up....the entire panel.
If you have manual windows then you need the handle tool to remove that.

To remove the inside door panel of the Ford F250, first open the door and remove the screws for the door handle. Then, pry the door skin off of the inside starting at the bottom of the door.

There is a small screw now visible that anchors the panel to the door. Another small screw is now visible that also anchors the panel to the door. Once both screws have been removed, the door panel itself lifts up just over an inch then tilts as there are hooks in the bottom part of the door panel that hold the panel into place within the door assembly. The door panel can now be removed.
