Easy removal. Carefully pull on padded armrest/door pull, and remove. Then carefullu pull up on panel containing power door lock and window switches. Disconnect harness from switches by pulling plug. Remove two phlips head screws from doorpanel which should now be clearly visible. Now- on the dorr latch itself you should see a small square of plastic, pry open with a small screw driver or a knife- this will reveal the third and last screw. Remove screw. GENTLY pull out BOTTOM of door panel to unfasten all retaining clips. Once door panel is pulled away at bottom pull upward to release panel from window glass area- you may now put panel aside. total Time needed== 10 minutes
