Does the hydralic pump on my 4500 backhoe have an intake filter
I have a 1986 Ford 550 backhoe and the transmission uses hydralic oil
I am not positive but from what I've read online its around 9500 lbs with loader and backhoe.
Yes and No. Your tractor would have to be equipped with a three point hitch. Some backhoes had the option most did not.
1994 still had fork and pivot ball on the 6.5 trubo and the nv 4500 trans, still lookin for a diagram
yes, it has 2 on the back and 1 on the front
The rear axle oil level plug on a Ford 4500 backhoe is located about 2" above the right hand running board near the rear end of the running board. This is 5 or 6" directly behind the transmission level plug and is located on the round access cover plate. If you have a cab, the plate under the seat (4 bolts) will need to be removed in order to replace the level plug unless you can find someone with small fingers to reinstall it for you. Mine took about 23L to fill from empty.
