How do you remove the front rotors on a Ford Expedition?

On my 2006 Eddie bower 4x4 I used PB Blaster penetrating fluid a 9mm hex driver ( for the caliper slide bolts) and a 4 lb hammer with a phone book first loosen the caliper with the 9mm hex I did not remove the caliper completely I then removed the caliper assembly ( also metric) and caliper together and wired them up out of the way presoak the rotor front and back with the PB Blaster then use the phone book about 1 1/14 thick to dampen the blow from the 4 lb hammer rotate the rotor 1/4 turn and work around it one time from the back then do the same on the front give it another soaking and work it from the back should come right off
