Unfortunately it is in the gas tank between the seats. To get to it you have to remove the tank working underneath the car, and then remove the pump from the tank.
There is a special adapter that is needed, you remove the fuel line to the fuel rail, install the special adapter and then install the fuel pressure gauge to the adapter and reinstall the fuel line to the adapter.
All fiero fuel pumps are electrical and housed inside the fuel tank. It requires you jack up the car and completely drop the fuel tank. The fuel level gauge sensor can also be damaged if you are not careful. Due to the explosive nature of gasoline I had mine replaced at a local shop for under $200.
