The headlight assembly is sealed, cannot remove the cover. The bulb inserts from the rear, in a socket held in place by a tubular locking device. The bulbs can be a pain to install correctly. Do not touch the bulb with your bare fingers, it will cause it to build up heat and blow out again shortly. Clean the bulb with denatured alcohol and then hold it with gloves or a piece of cloth when you insert it. AJ
