on my 1968 lemans I removed the grease cap then removed cotter pin and nut from axle and it will come off both wheel & tire of course your brake shoes cannot be to tight on drum
It is necessary to either remove the passenger side fender or inner wheel well to access the heater fan in a 68 camaro.
The line from the front to the rear is 1/4". The lines at the rear end feeding the rear wheels is 3/16".

whichever front cylinder is farther forward, like closer to the radiator is number one # 1 is on the drivers side front cylinder, firing order is 18436572, distributor has counter clockwise rotation.
Mine is a 1968 400 ci "WT" code.
