You can find the 2004 Oldsmobile blend door behind the passenger side kick plate. Remove the kick plate to access the blending door.

In the passengers footwell , on the kick panel - remove the access cover
Put the choke in the full choke position. Hold the compression release in, twist the throttle fully open and kick the kick starter 8 times. move the choke to the half choke position and kick the kick starter 2 times with the throttle closed move the kick starter so that you are at the compression point at the bottom of the kick starter stroke and then use the compression release to move the kick starter just past the bottom (full compression) position kick the kick starter from the top all the way through the compression stroke. This will usually start the bike in 1 to 2 kicks, Note: using this method, you do not have to "stand" on the kick starter. If you have enough momentum from the top of the kick stroke, you will have a very easy time of it.
If your kick starter is not getting any compression, you probably pulled the spark plug.
The kick starter on a Polaris Phoenix 220cc might not be working because of a loose wire to the starter. If the machine still starts using a key, then check for a broken wire to the starter from the kick starter.
no, but you can get them aftermarket
it's on the passenger right side kick panel, remove the cover and you will see it.
The starter enable relay is located behind the driver side kick panel (where the hood latch release is). To access, there are two screws that hold the kick panel in place. Remove the screws, pull out the kick panel, you will see a black plastic relay with four wires going to it. This is your starter enable relay. There is no such thing. There is a starter solonoid which is on top of the starter. actually there is a starter enable relay on these camaros. i have an 89 iroc. the starter enable relay is used with the 'pass key' anti-theft system. there is a resistor in the ignition key, without the special key, the car won't start. this pass key system energizes the starter enable relay, allowing voltage to pass to the starter solenoid.
either the kick panel or on the starter itself. sometimes ther are 2 of them
Remove the passenger side kick plate in your 2004 VW Jetta. Remove the cabin air filter container cover. Lift the air filter out and drop in the new cabin air filter.
I don't think Honda Accords use kick starts. : )
