Remove Lower Dash Panel passenger side. Remove glove box. Remove middle dash panel (below glove box). ECU is attached to the back of middle dash panel.

Answer:No need to remove the "lower part of the dash"; simply remove the two screws from the steering column covers and remove the covers.Answer for ignition switch that's a time consuming job. you have to drop the lower part of the dash to get to parts to disconnect the switch and of course take the molding off of the steering wheel.cartalk says: sometimes the steering wheel comes off without a puller...if your lucky..and if your changing the tumbler(key) you'll have to drill...read a manual and your local library may have a free shop manual to peek at..

there are 3 screws that must be removed for the lower dash under steering wheel. After removal dash can be pulled away. There are 2 Phillip's screws in connecting the dome. Remove them and you can carefully pry dash off.
