Delete all the registry entries for the program, then delete all the program files. Finally, delete bckd.sys from the drivers folder (c:\windows\system32\drivers) and reboot.
If you don't know where all the registry entries and files are stored, use an uninstaller program such as Revo Uninstaller Pro. This will automatically locate the relevant files and registry entries for you.
