Get under the vehicle, have a bucket ready, remove bolt from bottom of sump (can't miss it), change oil filter as well. Use good quality oil.

Easy, put the car on ramps. Remove the sump guard plasctics. Drain the oil from the sump. Disconnect the oil level sensor wires. Undo the 3 bolts on the bell-housing that holds unto the sump, you will need a 5mm ball-end allen socket. Undo the 20, 10mm head bolts on the sump bottom. Remove the sump, you may need to tap with a soft-head hammer. This is one of the easiest sumps to remove with the engine in the car.
