Step 2: take out the screw at the inside door handle. now take a regular/ Flat head screw driver and slide it between the panel and the door find where the plastic pop plugs are get as close to the plugs as you can then pry the panel off the door, you should only have to do this around the front side of the panel. Step 3: un-plug the electric connector for the mirror. Step 4: Remove the nuts that attach the mirror to the door this will call for a 10MM driver socket and there will only be 3 nuts to remove. Step 5 install new mirror in reverse order from above directions. this took me 15 minutes to do from start to finish it is an easy job even for the beginner.
