There are two relay pannels, one under the right side of the dash (remove the black plastic panel under the dash. the other is the engine compartment on the top of the firewall under the black plastic cover on the passengers side.
It is under the intake right on top of the engine. Not as bad as it sounds. Remove cover, injector rails (do not disconnect), remove three bolts on the throttle body and the several bolts holding on the big black plastic plenum

Pull it off
They are in the center of the Valve cover, under the plastic "chunks" that are the ignition coils. You might need to remove the plastic engine cover first. There are several plastic clips you need to turn part way to remove this part.
remove oil fill cap and pull up on edges. dont be scared... it will pop right off!
