you need toremaove the brake caliper then the caliper mounting bracket and the rotor should slide off...sometimes they rust fast to the hub assembly, if this happens jut spray it up real good with penetrating oil and tap it with a hammer lightly to free the rotor from the hub assembly...
If the truck has disc brakes on the rear then the park brake shoes are located inside the rear rotors. You have to remove the brake calipers, pads and rotors to access them
A thin film of rust/corrosion devolops on the brake rotors when the truck sits overnite. This causes minor squeak the first time the brakes are applied when shifting into drive.
You will need to remove the tire and wheel from your 1995 Chevy Cheyenne. Remove the brake assembly. Tap on the rotor with a hammer or mallet. The brake rotor will slide off. Reverse the process to install the new brake rotor.

There should be two rotors if your truck is 2wd. They are located where the brake pads clamp to. Rotors are also called brake disc. It's the round disc between the brake pads.

Jack the truck up and place on appropriate jack stands for safety. Remove the tire and there is two 3/8 Allen head screwson the back side of the brake calipers. Back these out (they will not rmove completely) and remove the brake caliper from the rotor. The rotor will then slide straight off the lug stems.
2 WD? Remove wheels Remove caliper mounting bolts Slide caliper off rotor Remove rotors if they are the "peel off" type If not "peel off" Same as above, but remove center dust cover Remove cotter pin Remove washer and nut Slide rotor off spindle (bearing will slide out first)

If you are just driving then it could be your wheel alignment, also maybe the tire has been worn off improperly and is wobling, or could be a loose nut if you recently did a tire change or maybe it just came loose. If it happends when you brake it is the wear of your brake pads on your rotors so maybe pads or rotors need to be replaced. :D
