Once you remove the break system and the caliber your rotor will be exposed, check the back to make sure their are no more lines in or around your rotor and get a hammer and block of wood(so you don't dammage or chip your rotor) or a rubber malet if available. Tap all the way around your rotor, beating to the inside like your trying to put it back on. This should loosen the dust and rust and allow you to take it off. If not tap it from the back all the way around attempting to drive it off the studs.
