There is a star shaped peg that holds the panel tight to the wall. To remove this, you pull straight out. This will pull the inside of the peg out and allow you to remove the whole thing. At this point it is simply getting your fingers behind the panel and pulling. The side panel is under the end of the edge panel for the back lift gate. You can pull just the end of the edge panel out a bit, and once you get the majority of the top of the side panel out, you can bow the side panel enough to get it the rest of the way out. If you want to remove the entire side panel, you will need to slide the 2nd row passenger seat all the way forward, or remove it. Then take yet another star shaped peg to get the rest of the panel off of the wall.
Pop up the corner of the rear seat and that will give you access to one bolt on the bottom of the side panel. Once removed you can push up on the side panel for easy removal.
There is a release mechanism you access by opening the rear storage part of the center console. Once you pull up on the release mechanism, you just lift the rear of the console and slide it back. This releases the front of the console, which is held in by floor mounted brackets. You reverse this procedure to reinstall the console.

Which door handle? Though, I think they are all similar in that you must remove the plastic interior on the inside of the door first to get access to the inside of the door. You then unbolt the trim panel to remove it. I just replaced the rear handle on the Sienna and I know the rear works that way for certain. Removed the interior plastic panel (first had to unscrew and remove the two handles on the inside of the rear door, then the entire plastic panel just pulled right off). There were 3 bolts holding the exterior handle trim piece to the Sienna. Unbolted those and the trim popped off. Took me about 15 minutes to take the door apart, replace the handle and put all the pieces back together.
