I just finished doing this on my 1992 Caravan. First use a small flatblade screwdriver, or 2, and pry up the ribber trim somewhere. I started below the wiper blade. Once you have the rubber up in one spot, you can pull it and it will come out all the way around. After you have the rubber out use a very sharp utility knife, with the blade extendedn and slice thruogh the butyl pulling up on the glass as you go. If your glass is still in one piece, you may have to put in a wedge or 2 to keep it out for the first few inches. I also found alcohol helped to soften the butyl and made the knife cut better, I used rubbing alcohol ( but pouring some distilled spirits alcohol down your throat may be a better way to get it done) Its a slow and messy job, but it worked for me. I also heard a friend suggest using a guitar string and pulling it under the edge of the glass, but I never tried that way.
