Unscrew the bolt that holds the wiper arm on the lift gate.
I think that this answer is wrong and that the bolt (?you mean nut) is for removing the wiper motor, not for removing the blade.
On an '87 Cherokee there is a clip on the wiper arm at the base where the arm attaches to the shaft of the wiper motor. To remove the arm you depress the clip with a small screwdriver while pulling the arm straight out (pliers to pull). The arm just pulls off. The replacement arm picture looks the same for an '87 as it does for a '95. Therefore my guess is that the '95 arm comes off the same way.
