You can use a product that is called Goof Off to get latex paint off of vinyl siding. You cannot use paint thinner or abrasives because they can scar or damage the siding.

It is very hard to remove mold from vinyl because it actually sticks to the inside of the grooves. I have tried alcohol mixed with water as commonly recommended but it does not work all that well. You will have to use a solvent. Try Goof-Off, the water based type might work and will do the least damage to the vinyl trim. All harsh solvents will damage vinyl.

Try a very fine rubbing compound

take some "krud kutter" original full strength red label. spray it on and it comes right off
put toothpaste on it.. and rub it around with a paper towel or a rag and the wash it off... this procedure also works on cds.. it works suprisingly great.. =]
You can go to a special shop and have the scratches filled in. If they are small scratches, you can use a special covering to make them less noticeable.

the only way i could think of doing this is to spray hair spary on the area.you could also dab finger nail plish remover on the area. that would remove it but you would have to suffer the consequences of tearing off some vinyl. maybe i am not sure.
