There's a keyhole on the right side of the bike - "upside" when on the kickstand. Look on the plastic trim piece under the seat.
Insert and twist the key while pulling up on the front of the seat.
BE CAREFUL when you replace it! Mine has an electrical cable that tends to get in the way.
