disconnect negative battery cable. remove small dash panel under steering column. remove the 2 nuts on either side of column directly under dash. Disconnect harness connections. with hood of vehicle raised, under brake booster the column is secured with a nut and bolt. Inside of vehicle behind brake pedal and under the carpet the column has 4 bolts fastened to firewall. to keep steering wheel centered be careful not to rotate when column is removed.
