Pop out the horn button, it will just pop out.
The horn mechanism is a plastic ring with a rubber and metal retainer for the horn button. Remove the screws (Three) and don't allow two things to happen: Loose the screws and springs, don't let the horn wire touch metal.
Remove the steering wheel retainer nut.
Mark the orientation of the wheel to centre shaft so you can re install the same.
Use your steering wheel puller with included bolts to pull wheel off shaft.
