The tail light covers (the painted bezels) use automotive double-sided tape. To remove them, you just need to gently pull them. They are 100% cosmetic. Removing them will not get you any close to the headlight bulbs, or anything else. You may want to try using a heat gun or blow dryer to soften the adhesive before trying to pull them off.

On a 1999-2005 model Mazda Miata the camshaft position sensor is located on the valve cover towards the rear of the engine (closest to the firewall). It has one 3-pin connector connected to it and one 10mm bolt to remove the sensor
Remove the cover using a tork bit.
Open the trunk, remove the trunk carpet. On the right side of the trunk, remove the fiberboard battery cover. Use a 10mm wrench to loosen the ground wire, noted with a "-" sign. Miatas use a sealed battery, and will often have rubber vent tubes connected to the battery. The best replacement that is closest to OEM are WestCo Batteries, specifically made for the Miata.

on the hatch back there is a cover on the door under the light remove it. there are three screws that hold the 3rd light on remove them. unhook the wire harness. remove the small screws from the 3rd light and pull it open. there you can unscrew the light and replace it.
There is none, except for Japanese versions if I recall.
To replace front parking light on a 1999 Ford Taurus, lift the hood and remove the bolt holding the parking light housing cover. Twist the parking light off and replace with a new one.
If it is like my 2000 Cirrus, I use the key to pop the cover off, then just remove and replace.
In order to change the brake light, check your manual for directions. You will need to remove the cover and replace the burnt out bulb.
