1) Pull two little red covers (one on each side) out with flat screwdriver.
2) Take out Phillips screws, and pry out on it so the plastic clip pulls out.
3) Pull the rubber grommet out and wiring and disconnect it.

You will need to get a screwdriver and on the underside of the brake light there will to two holes - inside are the screws (they are there), Remove the screws and then carefully lift the plastic cover up and out of the way. Remove the plastic cover with two clips on the back, "kind of a pain" then remove the two screws on either side of the light casing then just slide the casing out.

Open the trunk and look up just under the back deck where the bottom of the lamp is. Twist to remove.
Remove the two screws in the lens. You can remove the entire assembly once you do this.
Remove the two screws holding the third brake light lens on then remove the lens, it may be stuck but it will pop off. Replace the two bulbs in there by pulling them straight out.
