the water pump is under the timing cover driven by the timing belt, between the two cam gears, you must remove timing belt for replacement, while your in there you should replace cam seals and front crank seal and also timing belt.
It is on the top of the valve cover.
It is on the center rear of the valve cover.

first you have to pop off the wood grain looking cover (speaking from my expierence on my 92 lebaron sedan) then there should be two screws i think that you have to take out. and that should be it. its pretty self exlpanatory from there.
on the top of the engine is an oblong box, unclip the lid or remove the screws lift off cover and replace the filter reassemble

It can be replaced by removing the passenger front wheel and mud shield to get to end of the motor block. Remove everything in the way ( I use a Chilton book) and remove the timing cover. The water pump is behind the timing belt. It took me two days.
Under the hood on the right cyl.head looking to the engine. Remove the connector then remove the 10mm bolt that holds it to the timing case cover.
