Or the pollen filter I've heard is under/behind the glove box The pollen filter is in the ceiling of the foot well on the passenger side. It is held in place by 4 screws which have 6mm hex heads. Remove the four screws and the filter can be pulled down and to the center of the car. The cover is part of the filter so you will have a new cover with the replacement filter.
