Open the hood. Near the front of the turn signal assembly there is a Phillips head screw. Loosen but do not remove the screw; it releases the front of the assembly. You then need to pull forward to release the pin holding the rear of the assembly. Reverse the above to replace the assembly.
Remove the headlight assembly above the faulty signal bulb. This will give you access to the signal bulb socket. To remove the headlight assembly, open the hood, stand in front of the headlight assembly, notice two black tabs sticking up behind the headlight assembly inside the radiator support. Pull up and wiggle the tabs to remove them, this will release the headlight assembly. You can now wiggle the headlight assembly out to gain access to the signal bulb socket for replacement.
Remove the headlight assembly above the bad bulb to gain access to the burned out bulb. To remove the headlight assembly, open the hood, locate and remove the two tabs that lock and hold the assembly in place, with those tabs removed you can wiggle the headlight assembly out in the open. Now you can reach in and r & r the burned out signal bulb
Open the hood, remove the two tabs that lock the headlight assembly in place, remove the headlight assembly, doing this will give you access to the signal light socket for bulb replacement.

Reach behind the bumper of the 99 Cavalier. There are two nuts that hold the turn signal assembly in. Remove the nuts to take the assembly off and replace it.
Open Êthe hood and release the light assembly. Remove the socket at the rear of the lens assembly. Press down the bulb gently, rotate it counterclockwise and remove it.
Remove headlight assembly to access bulb/socket.
You will have to remove the turn signal housing assembly, then turn it upside down and shake it till the remains of the old bub fall out. hope this helps
you have to remove the whole headlamp assembly to get to the turn signal bulb pull the headlight assembly straight out it is fairly easy There are two wing nuts on top of the unit that must be removed.
# Unplug the electrical connectors and remove the halogen bulbs # Remove the front combination (park and turn signal) light housing and the screws along the top of the front bumper cover # Remove the headlight housing mounting bolts and remove the housing
you have to remove the head-light assembly to get the turn signal bulb front and rear lights The side light has one screw on top to the outside of the headlight assembly holding the cover in place.
