the window handle has a cover over it, you should be able to pop the cover off and there is a screw right there to take the actual handle off. Seems like late 70s and 80s models (maybe more) had spring clips in the back of the window crank handles. You have to slip a slotted screwdriver in behind the hub of the handle, into a slot which will release tension on the spring clip. Then, holding pressure on the clip, you can slide the handle off it's splined shaft.

Remove the screws at the bottom of the door panel then CAREFULLY pull the retaining clips out of the door by sliding a screwdriver between the panel and door where the clips are (you'll find them at the front and back) it is VERY easy to tear the backing of the door panel when removing them, so be careful and patient. Slide the door panel up to unhook the top of it from the door. Remove the window regulator bolts and carefully slide the rollers out of the window tracks. Carefully remove the window from the top of the door. slide the window regulator out.
