Without breaking it, remove the vertical stop-trim on the old window. Then remove the top and bottom sashes and the wooden strip between them. Place some fiberglass insulation on the windowsill, place the edge of the new window on the insulation, and insert the window, top-first. Use long mounting screws to secure the new window, then replace the old stop-trim. Finally, cover the seam with caulk.

You will need to remove the inner door panel, vapor shield,window and power lock controls.
