System32 is needed by your computer. Removing will disable your computer. Unless you are very confident in paring out unwanted folders in System32, it's best to leave it alone. It's not always easy to figure out what programs use what files in System32. Sometimes more than one program will access a folder.
C:\Windows\System32\config and C:\Windows\System32\drivers

Hello! I have delete it! The virus create an infected copy of EXPLORER.EXE in the folders: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 (or C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32) and C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DLLCACHE (or C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\DLLCACHE) To remove it, start Windows in protected mode, then delete the files EXPLORER.EXE on these folders (there are hidden system files, then you have to enable to display hidden system files). That's all !!!!!!! Very easy. Aldito. This worm virus is probably running over existing IM files. Try to update your IM application and it will run over the virus files.

Hi. Water is generally the best method to remove unwanted wax :)
You should be able to repair system32 if you either got a restore CD with your computer or if your hard drive came with a restore partition. If you have the CD, put it in. Turn on your computer, and press F10 or "R" when the computer is booting up to get to the Recovery Console and then repair system32. It may also possible that you can access your system32 folder and copy the icons from a good computer onto your system32 folder. See http://www.articlekarma.com/Article/Repair-System32/68823 and http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314058 If you have an HP, their live chat support is excellent for such issues.
Do not delete this, if you do your computer will become non functional. Telling users to delete this was a common "troll" on the internet used to make people unfamiliar with computers to delete critical system files. For more information please see the related link
